For those of you who've wanted to see an ancient Mayan city, but have not been able to make the trip, Air Pano has just released a terrific panoramic view of Tikal, one of the largest Maya cities in Guatemala. They've collected extensive camera a footage including helicopter photography and created a wonderful view of the main Acropolis. I was amazed at some of the scenery, and it reminded me of when I was there. The main focus of the photography is the city center where some of the largest pyramids are located. For slower internet and old weak computers we created the smaller low resolution panorama. Some small details have been sacrificed but the size of low resolution panorama is no more than 2 Mb.
